By creating an account or using Titanline, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms constitute the full agreement between you and Titanline regarding your use of the platform. Titanline reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Titanline is a client list and outreach tracking platform. Access is provided on a subscription basis. Features available to you depend on your subscription tier.
Titanline provides the platform as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime or availability beyond reasonable commercial effort. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription begins on the date of payment and renews on the same date each month unless cancelled.
If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier.
If you cancel your subscription and wish to reinstate it, you may do so within 30 days of cancellation at no additional cost. Reinstatement after 30 days requires a new subscription.
You retain ownership of all data you add to Titanline. We do not claim any rights over your data. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you enter. You must not use Titanline to store data obtained unlawfully or in violation of any third party's rights.
You may not use Titanline to engage in unlawful activity, harass or harm others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
Accounts found in violation of these terms may be suspended or terminated without notice.
Titanline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.
